Q: Does your laser run from a laptop or Desktop PC?
A: Both okay long as your operating system is window 2000, windows XP, windows vista or windows 7.

Q: What files is the software compatible with? A: JPG, PNG, BMP. PLT, DST, DXF, CDR, AI, DSB, GIF, MNG, TIF, TGA, PCX, JP2, JPC, PGX, RAS, PNM, SKA, RAW etc.

Q: Can you explain what the differences are between the different watt laser tubes?
A: Usually, the power of Laser tube is decided by two parameters: The Length of the tube. (The longer Laser tube is, the more powerful)the Diameter of Laser tube. ( The bigger Laser tube is, the more powerful)AND bigger watt Laser tube cut thicker materials, however, bigger watt has big Laser beam, therefore, For engraving, It's better to use small watt Laser tube like 50watt and 60watt.

Q: What are the limitations of different watt laser tube, or Wharf is the maximum thickness we can cut through, for example, Acrylic?
A: 1.50watt Laser tube 12mm Acrylic. 2.60watt Laser tube 15mm Acrylic. 3.80watt RECI Laser tube 25mm Acrylic. 4.100watt RECI Laser tube/130watt RECI Laser tube 30mm Acrylic.

Q: What's the lifetime of laser tube?
A: Normally, the Lifetime of 50W/60W Laser tube is about 3500 hours; 80W/100W/130W RECI Laser tube is 10000 hours. In fact, it depends on how you use it. If you use a Laser tube 8 hours/day, the approximate lifetime in below: 1.20-30% power, Lifetime should be about 1-2 years. 2.40-50% power, Lifetime should be about 1 year. 3.70-80% power, Lifetime should be about 6-7 months.

Q: How do I know the laser tube is nearly used up?
A: The normal color of the laser beam is purple while working. When a laser tube is dying, the color will become white.
